You can advertise the vacancy with a High Street recruitment agency such as Reed, Adecco or Manpower or with any of these online. Other online recruitment agencies are Monster and totaljobs.com. There is no guarantee that this method will allow for much initial screening of candidates however as it uses an approach that appeals to the masses and allows anybody who is interested in the role to apply. If you would like a more tailored approach with the aim to have only applications from candidates who really do have all the skills that the role requires, then hiring a recruitment consultant to do the hard work: working with the client company, the recruitment consultant will be responsible for drafting advertisements, screening CVs, interviewing candidates and doing background checks could be the way to go. Finally the recruitment consultant would make recommendations to the client as to which candidate will fit the role the best.
