Interview 101: Acing that Job Interview

Interviewers generally ask set questions during the interview. They’ll most likely ask about your past job experiences (if you have any), and your expectations of the job. The more interviews you attend, the more you’ll get to know these “set questions. But to be really prepared for your interview, read sites and books that offer pointers and prep interview questions.
Look sharp; look your best during the interview. Remember, you need to make a good impression. Men should shave and get a haircut, while women should apply light make-up. The attire usually depends on the company profile and industry, but the standard is smart casual wear.
During the interview, consider the question carefully before answering. Think about what the company’s looking for, and only open your mouth once you have it clear in your head. Employers will respect and value this.
